Kymbre Shingara is a fitness coach, yoga instructor, and professional belly dancer based out of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Kymbre fell in love with the human body while summiting the highest peaks in Colorado while pursuing a B.S. in Exercise Science. Kymbre passionately pursues continuing education in the realm of holistic healing, diving into neuro-muscular therapy, functional movement, and is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and 200 Registered Yoga Teacher. Kymbre was inspired by the work of her mentor and friend Teddi Rachlin, PhD, Hypnotherapist, to develop Dr. Rachlin’s philosophy into an accessible, slow-flow-style Somatic Yoga Workshop.
