The Metamorphosis Method
Over the past 6 years I’ve been developing this transformative methodology within my own practice. Breaking down the learning process into phases that reflect those of the metamorphosis of the butterfly. Giving myself permission to sink into and fully embody each phase has offered me a truly profound and in-depth connection to my hoops. Every single technique that we bring into our bodies is in a different stage of evolution.
In this introduction workshop we will dance through the 8 phases of the Metamorphosis Method. Within each phase I will share different beginner( and some intermediate) hoop techniques with 1 and 2 hoops.
The 8 phases are:
Egg, Caterpillar, Shedding of Skin, Creating the Chrysalis, Within the Chrysalis/Death, Exciting the Chrysalis/Rebirth, Butterfly, and Twitterpation and/or Migration.
It is my desire, through this workshop, to help you bring intentional and meditative movement into your body with the assistance of a hoop, visualizations and breath. I can’t wait to dance with you.

It is one of my favorites things! I love taking complex hoop techniques and breaking them down into steps that are accessible to anyone.”
